Valdis Dzelzkalns, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 in Decatur, Georgia. He was a long time resident of Montgomery, AL. Valdis is survived by his wife, Sheila B Dzelzkalns, his children, Eriks D Dzelzkalns, Sr, and Sarah D. Cotten (Andrew), his father, Visvaldis Dzelzkalns (Carolyn), his sisters, Karen D Riggs and Andra Dzelzkalns, his grandchildren, Eriks D Dzelzkalns, II, Maximilian Cotten, and Arley Cotten, and numerous nieces and nephews. Valdis is proceeded in death by his mother, Iris Bellinger Dzelzkalns, and his brothers, Erik Dzelzkalns and Martin Dzelzkalns.
A Life Celebration is planned for the family.
