Walter David Blair

Walter David Blair, age 78, of Lilburn, GA passed away on Monday, July 11, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Blair and Dorothy Peters Blair; sister, Helen Blair. He served in the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged. He loved to travel, gardening, doing yard work and was a Big Tennessee football fan. Walter worked at Grady Memorial Hospital for 44 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Beverly Cannon Blair; daughters: Kerri Hilliard and husband, Joe, Kimberly Sweat and husband, Jeff; Grandchildren, Jordyn Cowan, Blaire Hilliard, Bailey Hilliard, Brooklyn Sweat and Dakota Sweat; brothers, Charles Blair and wife, Barbara, Lloyd Blair, Dale Blair, Ronnie Blair and wife Novella, and Reed Blair; sister, Phyllis Johnson and husband, Bill. The family with have a visitation on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy. Lawrenceville, GA. 770-277-4550.
