William (Bill) J. Homer Jr. Mr.

William J. Homer Jr. (Bill), age 86, passed away August 5, 2015. He was born in Wilmington, Delaware. Bill also lived in Burlington, Mass before moving to Georgia in 1970. Bill is survived by his wife of 64 years Margaret and their five children; Joseph Homer and wife, Jennifer, Robert Homer and wife, Brenda, Kathy Morgan and husband, Steve, Lynn Overstreet and husband, Edward, Tracey Hanson and husband, Jack and grandchildren; Brittany, Madison, Christina, Stacey, Kolby, Bailey, Conor, Matthew and great grandchild Wyatt. He is also survived by his siblings Edward and Robert Homer and Joanne Karpinski. Bill worked for Georgia Pacific for 37 years and he loved playing softball, tennis and traveling. A Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Garden Plaza in Lawrenceville, GA. In lieu of flower the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital .
