Mrs. Willie S. Adams, age 86, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away Monday, December 31, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Lee Adams, Sr; father, Colonel Callis Simmons; mother, Bessie Miller Stubbs Simmons; son-in-law, Glenn David Finger; and brother, Rev. W. Ray Simmons. Mrs. Adams is survived by her daughter, Sarah Adams Finger of Lawrenceville; son, Eddie Adams & wife, Vyckie, of Carrollton; son, David Adams & wife, Beverly, of Carrollton; sister, Betty Temple of Virginia Beach, Virginia; grandchildren: Amy Adams Murphy & husband, Walt; Dr. Rob Adams & wife, Michelle; Brandon Windom & wife, Amanda; and Nicole Mitchell & husband, Randall; and 6 great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 3, 2013 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Norcross with Father Refugio Ornate serving as celebrant. Interment will follow at Carroll Memory Gardens in Carrollton, GA.
