Wylette Moody

Wylette Moody, age 89, of Stone Mountain, Georgia passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Tom Moody; son, Tom Moody, Jr. and wife Lory; grandchildren, Michael Sanders and wife Robin, Mark Sanders and Connor Moody; great grandchildren, Eliza Sanders, Greer Sanders and Mason Sanders; brother, Blanton Payne; sisters, Betty LeCroy and Carolyn McCall. Mrs. Moody was a graduate of the University of Georgia. She taught Home Economics at Stone Mountain High School for 36 years, and was a longtime member of Stone Mountain United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel with Rev. Joy Brown officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Stone Mountain United Methodist Church, 5312 West Mountain Street, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30083.
