We honor Hindu traditions by holding a cremation ceremony, after which the ashes are placed in a sacred river or another revered location. This act symbolizes the soul’s release from the physical body, allowing it to continue its spiritual journey into a new life.

Your Loved One Remains Safely in Our Care
Wages & Sons proudly owns and operates our own crematory with fully licensed and certified staff. Unlike many funeral homes that rely on third-party crematories—where multiple families’ services may overlap—we are able to personally oversee and manage every step of the cremation process, ensuring the highest level of care and attention for your loved one.
Our Cremation Process
At Wages & Sons, every staff member involved in cremation is recertified every two years to maintain the highest standards of care. Before any cremation, two trained staff members review all paperwork to confirm proper authorizations and accurate documentation. Both individuals sign the cremation order only after verification is complete.

We maintain detailed records for each cremation, including your loved one’s name, date and time, identification number, and the crematory operator’s name. Our log is dated, with start and end times initialed by the cremation technician.
During the cremation, the personal identification band and stainless steel identification disc are securely placed on the outside of the chamber, ensuring proper identification throughout the process.
