Osvaldo Brito, age 78, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Yolanda M. Brito; daughter, Sylvia Buigas of Miami, FL; son, Osvaldo Brito of Boynton Beach, FL; daughter, Beatriz Barreda of Miami, FL; sister, Sylvia Brito of Sunnyside, NY; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 29, 2016 at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrencewville Hwy., Lawrenceville, GA, 770-277-4550 with Evangelist Jose Coronado officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 A.M. until service time at the funeral home. Interment will follow at North Atlanta Cemetery, 5188 Winters Chapel Rd, Atlanta, GA. When Ozzie spoke at daddy’s funeral it was such a sweet testimony of his love for us. We will truly miss him. God bless u Yolie, and may God be with u throughout these hard days. We love u.

    I will always remember Osvaldo, when we first met, he was such a serious man………until one day I told María: “….oye Mami, Osvaldo is not such a serious man as we thought……..él es como la gatica de (no me acuerdo del nombre de la gata)…..que tira la piedra y esconde la mano…..Siempre recordaré cuando él se burlaba de mi por las veces que le presenté a Saúl Aguiar……y como siempre me preguntaba si le había traído una abejita…..” Ahora tenemos que celebrar que Osvaldo haya vivido una vida tan ejemplar y haya ayudado a tantas personas.   10. My heart is full of sorrow. It is all too true that the gap that Ozzie leaves can never be filled. I pray that God may give peace and strength to the Brito family and to all of us who mourn Ozzie.

  11. I am so sorry to hear this. Osvaldo was a great boss and a dear friend while I was at WR Bean. He will be missed so much. God bless all of his family. I send my prayers out to you Yoly. Both you and Osvaldo were so kind and giving and I will always remember that.
