Luis Jorge Dominguez, 77, of Lawrenceville entered God’s eternal rest on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Northside Gwinnett Hospital comforted at bedside by his beloved wife.
Born on September 21, 1943 in Orocovis, Puerto Rico to Victor & Telesfora Dominguez.
He resided in the Lawrenceville area for 11 years, moved here from Trenton, New Jersey after retiring from the City of Trenton Sewage Department serving 26 years. He was a hard-working husband & father who taught his children the value of family, independence & setting life’s goals.
Luis was a loving & devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother & uncle. He was loved by many & will be greatly missed.
Luis is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years Fiordaliza (Gonzalez) Dominguez; 5 children- Luis Dominguez, Damaris Dominguez (Ernesto), Geraldo Dominguez, Jorge Dominguez (Rachel) and Lourdes Dominguez (Cedric) 8 granddaughters- Melissa, Yazmeen, Lexus, Sky, Alicys, Tatyana, Ianni & Azalys 4 grandsons- Antonyo, Julien, Marko & Nico & 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday March 18, 2021from 6pm-8pm at Wages & Son’s Funeral Home and Crematories 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy. Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Mass will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church 319 Grayson Hwy. Lawrenceville, GA 30046 on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 11amfollowed by a burial at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens 5979 New Bethany Rd. Buford, GA 30518 at 1pm.
