Manjula H. Desai

manjula desai

July 17, 1931 ~ November 9, 2021

Resided in: Lawrenceville, Georgia

Manjula Hasmanlal Desai was born in Surat, India. She was the daughter to Mr. Hiralal and Mrs. Asmanben Shroff. She had a simple laidback view on life: do good by others, and love your family.

She was married to Mr. Hasmanlal Desai and lived in Surat and Vadodara where she raised her three children, Pragnya, Amul, and Sundip.

She is survived by her three children and their spouses, six grandkids and four of their spouses, and eight great-granddaughters – 4 generations of her family. Baa lived a long healthy life of 90 years, and she spent it through continuous acts of seva to her family and Bhagvan.

Some of her favorite things to do were to pray, watch Days of Our Lives and her Indian serials, sit on the swing outside, water the plants, eat puran puri and cheese pizza with chaat masala, and be able to witness not only her kids grow up but also her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is the Queen Elizabeth of our family. Everyone knew her as the cute, smiling Baa.

We will miss you and all your blessings. We love you. Jai Shree Krishna. `
