In Loving Memory of Andrew Reaster
July 26, 1995 – August 9, 2025
Andrew Reaster, 30, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on August 9, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on July 26, 1995, Andrew brought a unique and vibrant spirit into the world that touched everyone lucky enough to know him, especially his mother Kathy Lemoine and his younger sister Kylie Cawthon, whom he adored and protected.
Growing up in Gwinnett County, Andrew faced challenges that came with being different. Diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, he often felt like an outsider during his school years. But Andrew never allowed adversity to define him—instead, he used it to fuel his determination, compassion, and authenticity.
At just 20, Andrew began working at UPS as a driver’s helper. When he turned 21, he entered the competitive driver training program and, against all odds, became one of the youngest drivers on staff. Over his 9-year career, he earned the deep respect and friendship of his coworkers, who admired his honesty, loyalty, and unwavering dedication. He had a way of bringing people together—serving as a mentor, a peacemaker, and the heart of his circle of friends.
Andrew’s zest for life was evident in everything he did. He had a passion for cars, a deep love for animals, and a sense of adventure that led him to achieve personal goals many only dream of—like purchasing his own townhouse in Sandy Springs and collecting the sports cars he loved.
In January 2025, Andrew was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer. Though the battle was steep, he faced it with bravery and resilience, never losing his light. His strength during this time was a testament to the same determination that defined his life.
Andrew leaves behind a legacy of kindness, perseverance, and authenticity. He made a profound impact in his 30 years—living fully, loving deeply, and inspiring those around him every step of the way.
