Memories of him will be held most precious by His wife Beverly Stephen. His daughter Lisa Stephen-Velasquez, Son in law Anthony Velasquez. Daughter Denise Stephen-Kinard. Daughter Shauna Atkins, son in law Charles Atkins. Son Kyle Stephen, daughter in law Stella Stephen. Grandchildren Anthony Stephen Sr., Alexia Velasquez, Harrison Velasquez, Nicolas Brown, Jaden Stephen, and Tyler Stephen. Great grandson Anthony Stephen Jr. Timothy was previously married to Yvette (Jackie) Stephen with whom he remained good friends. His siblings Pearl, Esther, Margaret, Sandra, Anthony, and John. Timothy will also be remembered by an assembly of nieces, nephews and other family members and close friends. Timothy was the son of the late Bernard & Adina Stephen. Siblings Deceased are Roland, Arnim, Wayne, Norma, Grace, and Winston.
