  1. We are so very sorry for your loss. We were very much looking forward to welcoming Rod into our Travelers family.

Please know that your family is in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.

With much love, respect and sympathy, Susan Vickers and the entire Travelers team

  2. I am so sorry for your loss. Rod was a great friend to me, and I was very much looking forward to him being back with our lunch crew. Throughout my time knowing him he always brought us laughter and joy. You will be missed more than you know Rod. I pray that you bring as much joy in your next journey as you did in mine.

  3. When I think of you Rod I hear that quite snicker :). To most you appeared to be a man of few words, but I am thankful that I had the opportunity to talk to you often. I will cherish our conversations & I will lift your family up in prayer. I am truly going to miss you.

  4. My deepest condolences to the family.

Working with Rod was truly a joy. He was such a quiet man. I would always tease him by saying he had to be a party animal on the weekends. He would quietly chuckle and give me a devilish grin. Rod always had a smile to give to friends and strangers. I never heard a mean word come out of his mouth.

Rest well in our Father’s arms, Rod. You will be missed. I will pray for your family and cherish the memories I have of you.

  5. My deepest sympathies for your families loss. Rod was a great guy and was always fun to hang with.

I hope your next journey is full of adventure and excitement and that you continue to bring joy and happiness to those around you!

Sending out prayers to your family as they look back a remember the enjoyment your brought to their lives and to the lives of everyone you came across!

  6. I would walk by Rod’s desk every morning and he had the sweetest “Hi” I’ve ever heard. I’m so sorry to hear of his passing. Prayers to the family and his friends. He will be missed by many.

  7. So sorry to hear of his passing. He was always such a wonderfully upbeat person!! he will be greatly missed

  8. Rod was one of the most kindest souls I have ever been blessed to meet. He always had a smile and a friendly “hello”. Prayers to his family and friends during this difficult time. God Bless.
