Anthony Bancroft Espeut, age 72, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patricia Espeut; son, Sean Espeut (Joannie) of Tamarac, FL; son, Shane Espeut (Jenifer) of Lawrenceville, GA; grandchildren, Mikayla, Jaden, Nicholas, Andre, and Rabekkah; brother, Donald B. Espeut, Jr. (Brigitte) of Lawrenceville. Anthony was a man of principle, always punctual and very disciplined. He loved coaching soccer, and in Sunrise, FL, January 17th is designated as “Anthony Espeut Day.” Anthony worked as a truck driver for over 20 years, but after moving to Lawrenceville, he was employed by Gwinnett Co. Public Schools as a bus driver for 10 years. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel with Father Tommy Joseph officiating. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation, in memory of Anthony, to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, 770-277-4550.
