Basant K Singh

Basant K. Singh, known by his loved ones as Saga, was born on November 19, 1943 and after suffering from Alzheimer’s disease for the past several years, he passed on April 30, 2024. He was 80 years old. He is survived through his loved ones Vidyawatie Singh and Devi Tulsi, his two sons Rana Pratap Singh and Tovinder Singh, and his two grandchildren Nichelle Verdia and Vincent Singh. He is also survived through his sisters Yvonne Permaul, Lolita Douglas, Olive Shaw, Shante Singh, and Bernice Singh. His love of airplanes and their engineering feats allowed him to enjoy traveling the world. His father’s teachings encouraged his acts as part of the Lion’s Club to help those in need. This afforded him his most enjoyed pastime of enriching the lives of all those around him.
