Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Gail will forever be in our hearts. She was a roommate so living together we shared many things. More importantly she was a dear friend. The time we had together in Statesboro at Georgia Southern has remained one of the best times of our lives. A time when we were young and were preparing ourselves for going out into the world. Because of this bond of friendship we were able to lean on one another during good and bad times. Throughout the years we remained in touch by phone or person picking up right where we left off. When I think of Gail I will remember her smiling, laughing and having fun. Gail cared deeply for her family and friends. She was a beautiful person and had a heart of gold. We will miss our friend and cherish her always. Love you Gail, Susan and Brent

  2. We have both been so blessed to have known Gail for all of these years and will laugh often with our memories of her. Gail demonstrated what a true friend should aspire to and I hope that we can live up to her example in the years to come. We love you Gail….always.

  3. Blessing on you and your family. I knew Gail as her Tennis Coach at Waterbury Cove. She was such a joy to teach. She will be missed and I thank God for bringing her into my life even though it was brief.

  4. I know all losses are difficult, even though expected. But we can be consoled by knowing that she will have a new healthy body.

  5. We’re praying for you. May God give you peace and comfort in the loss of Gail whom you loved so much. She fought a brave fight and we know you are proud of her.

    Yours in Christ,

    Walt and Ella

  6. Death is a part of God’s plan for us, but it is difficult to understand when it happens to a loved one. We can’t understand it, we just have to have faith in God’s plan for us.

  7. My deepest sympathy goes out to Gail’s family. Gail has been a good friend for more years than I care to admit and she will be sorely missed. I find comfort in the fact that she has always had a facination with angels and now she is among them probably running circles around them.

  8. My heartfelt sympathy to Gail’s husband and family cannot be expressed enough. Gail enriched my life with her friendship and personality, gave me many great times, great memories! My sister Sagitarian! She is one of a kind, and will be dearly missed.

  9. I know words cannot take away the pain from the loss of such a wonderful woman. She has been a great freind and will be dearly missed. My thoughts and paryers go out to Alan and her family. A special person will now be a special angel watching over us all.
Take peace in knowing what a wonderful impact Gail made in all our lives.

  10. We will always remember Gail full of life and her love of tennis.

We are so blessed to have had Gail as part of our team and lives. She will be greatly missed by all.

We now have our own angel in the stands cheering us on!

  11. I worked with Gail for many years in ATL. She was part of our sales team at Head Dist. Co. But, she was more than that – she was like a part of our family. She was like a sister, mama, friend etc to about 10 of us. We had some GREAT times together for many years that were some of the best times of my life! I will never forget you Gail! Rest in peace my dear friend!

  12. Dear Herman, Barbara, and Family,

We are sadden to hear of the passing of Gail. We know that our Lord will fill the empty place in your hearts with His love and peace. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

  13. Gail was an extraordinary, caring, funny lady who was always full of life and joy. She called, sent cards and encourahed me in my cancer battle even though she was going through her own bigger battle. I loved her truely and she will be missed, but it’s heavens gain. Rest In Peace, Susan Martin

  14. I have known Gail since I was in my twenties. We had many happy times together. It was so nice to reunite with her once I moved to Cumming. She never changed in all those years. Still caring and thoughtful and full of life. She was special and will be remembered as a person that was honest, kind, and always ready to share a smile. I will miss Gail.

  15. Gail was like a ray of sunshine, she always had a smile on her face. She will be missed so much.

    Love and prayers
    Peggy Walker

  16. I grew up in McRae knowing Gail. She was one of those people that everyone liked! My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.

  17. I was so sorry to hear about Gail. It has been years since I had seen her but whenever I think of her it is with fun and happiness. She did enjoy life. My prayers are with you all.

  18. Dear Allen,
We want to tell you how deeply sorry we are for your loss. She was a lucky girl to have you to care for her and love her! Always remember all of the fun times and wonderful memories that you shared together.
Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. May you find peace in knowing she is in God’s care now.

  19. I grew up with Gail and spent many weekends at the Langley home.. She was a kind , sweet person and a good friend.. My prayers are with the family…

  20. Gail loved life and fought hard to live. She gave support to others when it was needed most. She was very considerate of others as demonstrated during one of Jack’s last conversations with her when she apologized for crying because she didn’t want to upset him and make him sad.

Gail was a beacon of light for many and now she is a shining star in God’s galaxy!

    God bless her family.

    Love,
    Uncle Jack & Aunt Nancy

  21. Dear, sweet wonderful Gail was always gathering friends… She gathered me and some friends 20 something years ago and we are still so close today. She never met a stranger. God how she loved to throw back her head and laugh. She was so strong and good. We rejoice that she is in heaven but we will miss her here on earth.

  22. My sincere condolences to Gail’s family…I met Gail in 1992 and will never forget her southern twang as well as her laughter. She was the hostess with the most. Her smile would light up a room and she would do anything for you. Although time has passed and I have not seen her in a while…I am sadden to hear the news…but knowing Gail…she would want us to celebrate her life with a party. So here’s to you Gail…Love you, Cheryl

  23. My deepest sympathy to Allen and Gail’s family. Gail will be missed very much; she was a wonderful caring person who always brought light to the room. Her happy and giving spirit will always be remembered. RIP Gail we love you………….Kathleen and JD

  24. Janis, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this time of great loss. Yours in Christ, Nancy

  25. Allen, Gail was such a fun person who had a zest for life. Her life was full, and complete because of you. We thank the Lord for her and the joy she gave us. Today she is in heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ singing in the choir!

  26. What a wonderful sense of humor and infectious laugh Gail had. I don’t ever remember seeing her when she was not smiling. She was not only beautiful outside she was beautiful inside.

God called her home so that he could enjoy her humor in heaven. We are so happy that God shared her with this family.

    We will miss her.

    Love,

    Uncle Ray and Aunt Anne

  27. Words can not express the sadness we feel. We take comfort in knowing that Gail is in heaven now watching over us all and smiling down on us. She loved her family and friends deeply and lived life to it’s fullest. We will forever treasure the times that we had with her and feel blessed that we had the opportunity to know and love her.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Bubba and Gail’s family & friends.
    Mike & Sandy

  28. When I think of Gail, I smile because I remember her laugh. The family reunion will not be the same without her needling Tim and Wendal and hearing her laughter.

Melissa, John, Julianna and Ashlynn Lytle

  29. We all love Gail and will miss her more than she could ever imagine, but will forever hold her in our hearts. I will always remember her sweet smile, laughter and tenacity! She is an angel now. My love and deepest sympathy to Allen and her family. Thank you Allen for taking such good care of Gail.
    She adored you!

  30. When I think of Gail, I remember a tall, beautiful young woman who was full of energy, life and laughter. She was always smiling, and always surrounded by her sister and her many close friends. She made an imprint that will never be erased in the memories of those who knew her. I haven’t seen her in years, and yet even as I write this I smile when I think of her energy and her spirit.

My prayers and compassion go out to her family. Her husband, her parents, and her sister and brother, their families, and all those who loved her.
