Orie Franklin Bennett, age 87, of Stone Mountain, Georgia passed away Friday, January 4, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl W. Bennett, she is survived by daughters, Carol Hall and husband Rembert Lee, Brenda Eubanks and husband Tommy; sons, Raymond Bennett and wife Marcia, and Joe Bennett; grandchildren, David Hall, Kimberly Williams, Carla Eubanks, and Paige Eubanks; great grandchildren, Jessica Hall, Megan Hall Averyanna Hall, Conner Williams and Emily Williams; sisters, Irene Christy and Betty Hammond. Funeral services for Mrs. Bennett will be held Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Wages and Sons Stone Mountain Chapel with Rev. Cecil Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow at Melwood Cemetery, Stone Mountain, GA. The family will receive friends Sunday, from 1:00 unitl 2:00 p.m. at Wages and Sons Funeral Home, Stone Mountain, GA 770 469-9811.
