  11. Kathi was truly a real gem of a lady! I always looked forward to getting that hug from her each time I saw her. The Wesley Sunday School class has certainly lost one of our matriarch leaders, supporter, and friend. While we will all miss her dearly, we know that she is now reunited with Doyle and with that she will be eternally happy and at peace.

May God bless and comfort the Johnson family during this time of great sorrow and loss.

  13. Dearest Michael and others , may you cherish beautiful memories of your Mom and your Dad, as they are joined together again with our Heavenly Father. Although I didn’t have the honor of getting to know them that well, what I did see was the warmth towards each other and you, children. Michael, after our Mission Trip to Puerto Rico, I remember the group met at your parents’ home. The atmosphere at their home was peaceful and full of gentleness, and love for family. Kathi and Doyle were great role models of what a Christian couple should be. They will no doubt be missed deeply by your family and all who knew them, but just imagine the celebration of two such dear people going on in Heaven! Blessings, Susan Bishop
