Catherine Stephanie Zavaleta

Devoted wife of Anthony Zavaleta and adoring mother to Adonai (8), Liam (5), and Elaina (2) Zavaleta. Beloved daughter of Xiomara and Eduardo Polo, and cherished sister of Luis, Madelein, and Eduardo Jr.

A graduate of Berkmar High School, Class of 2013. Catherine’s warmth and passion were felt in her culinary creations, which she shared with her mother and grew into a thriving baking business.

She was proceeded in death by maternal grandparents Magdalena Sandoval, and Leonel Macias. Paternal grandparents Bety Iriarte, and Eduardo Polo, as well as her cousin Enza Gandolfo. She leaves to cherish her memories with a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and other family and friends.

Catherine’s spirit will forever inspire us.
