Charlotte Ann Woodward Myatt, age 85, of Atlanta passed away Tuesday November 16, 2021. She was welcomed in heaven by her husband Kenneth Myatt (2018) and by her son Steve Myatt (2009). Charlotte was born in Aiken, SC on February 15, 1936.

She left Aiken to attend Wesleyan College in Macon, GA and then married Kenneth Myatt on 3/14/53. During their 65 years of marriage, Charlotte devoted her life to her husband and family. She was a proud Navy wife. She also helped Ken by providing accounting services for Kenneth’s business venture Consultec, Inc. Charlotte was an avid member of bridge club and garden club and thoroughly enjoyed those lifelong friendships. Charlotte was a devoted needleworker and many of her creations won awards. She was also co-owner of the Tara Collection needlework shop in Atlanta with her dear friend Susie McGannon. Charlotte loved the beach and made yearly family trips to Myrtle Beach. Aiken and Myrtle Beach, SC were two of her favorite places!

She is survived by her daughter Kim Croney and husband Mark, Lawrenceville; grandchildren Maggie McDaniel and husband Shaun, Chad Dial and wife Meredith, four great grandchildren Finley McDaniel, Beau McDaniel, Harper McDaniel and Myatt Dial. She is also survived by her sister LaFaye Woodward Kitchings and husband Wallace of Aiken, SC along with their family that loved her so much. Her love and kindness will be missed by everyone.

After a private service for the family this week she will then be laid to rest at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga alongside her husband Kenneth on Friday, November 26.
