Chunilall Vernon Tulsi, lovingly known as Vernon, passed away on August 19, 2024, in Georgia, at the age of 66. Born on July 10, 1958, in Guyana, Vernon was a man whose life was filled with love, laughter, and the joy of bringing people together.

Vernon was a dedicated construction worker, specializing in plastering and painting, where his skill and attention to detail were evident in every project he undertook. Beyond his work, Vernon had a passion for traveling, cricket, family gatherings, entertaining, and playing dominoes. These were the activities that brought him the most joy, and he loved sharing these moments with his loved ones.

A devout Hindu, Vernon lived his life with a deep sense of spirituality and compassion. He was known for his loving, caring, and helpful nature. Vernon had an incredible gift for making his family and friends feel welcome, loved, and satisfied. His home was always a place of warmth, togetherness, and joy, where everyone felt like they belonged.

Vernon is survived by his beloved mother, Sumintra (Doreen); his sisters Vidya (Shantie), Devi, and Sharda; his brother Jagdish; brother-in-law; sister-in-law; his son and daughters; his cherished nephews, nieces, and eight grandchildren. He leaves behind a legacy of love and unity that will be remembered by all who knew him.

Vernon’s presence in the lives of those around him was a blessing, and he will be deeply missed. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, as they continue to cherish the love and happiness he brought into their lives.
