He was truly a devoted father, a very loving son, an adored uncle and so much more, Devin will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was sometimes affectionately referred to as Chocolat from his old Navy days from serving abroad. His favorite songs were Bear and Never Cold have Made It Without. Some of the words to describe Devin would be Selfless, Caring, Thoughtful, Humorous, Loving, Supportive, Kind Hearted, Devoted, Friendly, Gentle, and Generous. May his spirit continue to bring laughter and warmth to those who remember him fondly. Rest in peace, Devin.

Brah Brah or Brother Devin, angels are all around you! I love and will miss you dearly. RIP my little brah! Love your sister Cat.
It has often been said that a man is known by his footwear; his shoes; how he walks. For 43 years, my beautiful, beloved, bohemian nephew, Devin, has walked in his own shoes. Shoes no one else could fill. Shoes fashioned just for him. He took his own steps; walked his own path; discovered who he was in the process; lived his life on his own terms; and he became a man. But, Devin was never alone. God has always been with him. And, God is still with him now. He has left behind many indelible memories of wisdom, wit, and love. His courage was undeniable; his loyalty, admirable; his one-liners, unforgettable; and his love unmatchable. I’ve been missing you, since we left Georgia. I’ll see you in the morning. Love always, Aunt Sandi and Uncle Clint
