Dorothy was the ultimate example of a woman of tremendous faith. She had a special relationship with God and walked the walk every day of her life. She spread faith, love, and kindness to every person that she encountered. Her faith led her to a life of service to the church, both the Methodist and Presbyterian Church’s, through her work as a Sunday School teacher, Presbyterian Women of the Church, Friday Keeper’s, and multiple prayer groups. Outside of her love for God and her family, she loved her country and was a proud member of the DAR.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 25th at 2:00 PM at Johns Creek Presbyterian Church, 10950 Bell Rd., Johns Creek, GA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory, to Johns Creek Presbyterian Church, Thornwell Home for Children, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, or the American Lung Association.

She led by example and was kind to everyone she met. She will be missed by her many friends and her large family beginning with her beautiful daughters and their families. Rest in peace, beautiful lady. You and Jack are now walk in the gardens of Heaven together.
