Earnest James Lowell Jordan, age 67, of Stone Mountain, GA passed away October 4, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Mitchell Jordan and Mary Elizabeth Gibson Jordan and sister, Shirley Reed Pike; survivors include his daughters, Missy Jacobs and her husband Marty, of Lawrenceville, GA, Jessica Shirah and her husband Chris, of Monroe, GA and Ellen Thomas and her husband, Delton of Spring Hill, FL; son, Sean Jordan, of Canton, OH; sister, Terri Patricia Edwards, of Acworth, GA; brothers, David Jordan and his wife Lea, of Liberty, SC; Neal Jordan and his wife Denise, of Brookhaven, GA; grandchildren, Christopher Shelton, of Fort Lewis, WA, Maddy Jacobs, of Duluth, FA, Jackson Jacobs, Jordan Jacobs, Josie Jacobs and Jules Jacobs all of Lawrenceville, GA; Noah Shirah, Nate Shirah and Stella Shirah all of Monroe, GA, Samantha Minich, of Spring Hill, FL, Garrett Gardner, of Decatur, GA; Dakota Jordan, Jeremiah Jordan and Mariah Jordan all of Canton, OH. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Marty Jacobs will officiate. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Ernie’s memory to Bible Pathway Ministries, P.O. Box 20123 Murfreesboro, TN 37129. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at Wages & Sons Funeral Home Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy. Lawrenceville, GA 30046.   1. Earnest will be missed by a loving family and will be remembered for always being happy and a joy seeing him come around.
    Sending prayers and love to all of Earnest family. Can’t be with you due to health reasons and schedules but my heart will be with you as you celebrate his life and mourn his passing. Just remember we will see our loved ones again and what a rejoicing day that will be. ( Hey cousin Earnest I am sorry that day I backed into your Lincoln but thankful your car wasn’t hurt and it was just mine) lol We will miss seeing you drop by the shop. Love you cuz !
