Edna Reid Autry

Edna Reid Autry of Statham, Georgia, formerly of Stone Mountain, Georgia, died February 26, 2023. She was born October 23, 1925, in White County and graduated from Cleveland High School in 1941. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Harrison Autry of Stone Mountain, Georgia. She is survived by her sons Charles Thomas Autry (Donna) and Reid Harrison Autry; her beloved grandchildren Michael Thomas Autry, Kelly Melinda Autry, Catherine Autry Phillips (Dustin) and great grandchildren Grace Elizabeth Autry, Hallie Elizabeth Phillips, Carter Reid Phillips, and Dallas Thomas Phillips.

Those desiring may make a memorial contribution to Stone Mountain First United Methodist Church, Stone Mountain, Georgia, or The Edna Reid Autry Endowed Scholarship at Young Harris College in Young Harris, Georgia, where she was a 1943 graduate.

At her direction, there will be no public service. A private family service will be held at the Stone Mountain City Cemetery.
