Elinor Webber Carpenter age 97 of Dacula, GA passed away December 30, 2017. She is survived by her son, H. Dorris Carpenter and his wife Ethel of Hoschton, GA; daughter, D. Annette Chamlee of Dacula, GA; brothers, Johnny F. Webber, Commerce, GA, Bryan Sylvan Webber of Buford, GA, A. Quentin Webber and his wife Betty Sue of Camden, SC, E. Wayne Webber and his wife Fran of Otto, NC; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Lawrenceville First United Methodist Church with remains placed in state at 10:00 A.M. Rev. Dr. Royeese Stowe will officiate. Graveside service will be held Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Hardens Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Vidalia, GA.   3. We met Miss Carpenter through Dorris and Ethel. She was amazingly beautiful and spry. God gave her a long fruitful life. We’re thankful she didn’t have a to suffer for a long time. Our prayers are with Dorris and all the family.
