Elizabeth Jeanette Buice, age 65, of Winder, GA, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2020. Jeanette was born December 5, 1954 in Knoxville, Tennessee to James and Lenora Townsend.Jeanette was the most devoted and spirit-filled Christian who loved the Lord with all of her heart. She spent most of her life serving and helping others in need. She was so full of wisdom and loved her family and friends. Jeanette was preceded in death by her daughter, Sara Lynn Buice, her father, James Townsend, and her husband, Kennie Buice; survived by her mother, Lenora Allen; her sisters Debra (Terry) Camp, Janice (Tim) Hamrick, Karen Townsend; her daughter Carrie (Keith) Kennedy; her grandson Jacob (Lauren) Kennedy and granddaughter Cierra Kennedy; her son Kevin (Monica) Buice; her grandson, Daniel Buice; and her granddaughters, Addison Buice and Kensleigh Buice. A celebration of life is scheduled at Wages & Sons Funeral Home in Lawrenceville on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 2 pm with Reverend Kevin Page officiating. Flowers or donations to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital are accepted.
