I think of Bud as a “welcome” home. He rescued me and Katie in a snowstorm and we were welcomed by he and Joyce to stay at their Rockford home. He welcomed us again during the Atlanta Olympics. The whole family loved him but I bet Ush Uncle Kevin was especially happy to welcome Bud home to heaven.

I will always remember those happy times of my childhood….when I secretly sat by the attic windows and anxiously awaited for your cottage lights to come on. Thank you for those treasured memories Uncle.

We are so sorry to hear about Uncle Bud. Tim & I have great memories of times at Clear Lake in Michigan with all of you. I remember the times I use to stay at your mom & dad’s when I was little-long before you guys were born. Uncle Bud, my mom, Uncle Ed & Uncle Tom are together again & looking down on all of us. Ken, Deb, Jim – Only the fondest and funny memories of Bud. So many memories of our days together at the cottage and in Illinois. We sure had some fun! He is with our Creator, his wonderful wife Joyce and siblings and all other family members who have gone before him. I wonder what they are all up to now!
