Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. George and I go back almost 50 years. Having served in Vietnam together, came home on the same plane, and retired in the Augusta area. We have missed his warm personality and sense of humor. He and Betty were dear friends. Our love and sympathy,
    Bebe and Sam

  2. We are so sorry for your loss. We are waiting for the time that the promise at 1 Corinthians 15:26 and ‘death is brought to nothing’ is fulfilled. Then, we can rejoin our family who will be awakened (John 5:28,29) here on a beautiful earth. May God bring you comfort.

  3. I was blessed to know George in Augusta Georgia, since 2001 and had missed him when he moved to Lawrenceville.
He was part of The Family Y (family of early morning swimmers) and loved the hot Tub. We all admired his determination to keep coming to the pool to exercise and keep moving. If there is a pool in heaven George will be using it. We loved him and he inspired us all. God Bless you all through this trying time, but know that he is with Jesus.
    Love in Christ Claudia
