Danny "Mac" McAdams, age 64, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife Anita K. McAdams. He is survived by his children, Dannie McAdams, Nicole McAdams and Jason McAdams; grandchildren, Danny Fleming, Jamie Fleming, Miranda McAdams, Jacie Fleming and Dakota Hutson; great grandchildren, Ashton Pittman, Autumn Pittman, Jennalee Fleming, Bryson Fleming, Josalyn Fleming and Jackson Fleming; sisters, Shirley McAdams, Joyce McPherson; brother, Jimmy McAdams. Mr. McAdams was retired from the U.S. Army as Master Sergeant after 22 years of service. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel with Carlos Casteel officiating. The family will receive freinds from 2:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M. at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy., Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Just now found out.. I served with Mac in B Co 2/508th , 82nd ABN DIV from 1974-1977. He was an awesome NCO , mentor and Jumpmaster!!????
