Mr. Gilbert D. Dugan, 82, of Stone Mountain, GA., passed away on October 23, 2014. Survivors are wife Nancy, son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Dixie Dugan of Gainesville, GA, daughter and son-in-law, Bill and Pamela Walters of Kennesaw, two grandchildren, Kevin and Ashley Walters of Kennesaw. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Atlanta Center, 1244 Park Vista Dr. NE, Atlanta, GA 30319. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 25, at Wages and Son Funeral Home, 1040 Main Street, Stone Mountain, GA, 30086.

Dear Nancy and all of Gil’s family, I hold you close in my thoughts and prayers during this time of loss and change. May the peace and grace of God comfort you during this time. I will miss his hearty laugh, the mischievous twinkle in his eyes and the big hug that always came my way when our paths crossed. I lift a humble prayer that his soul may soar and shimmer in the light of the Spirit; I feel blessed to have known him.
Nancy I’m so sorry for your loss you and grumpy have always felt like part of our family,and he will be missed and I know how much Kayla loved him too,and you as well. You are in our prayers.
