Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. We were on the drill team and although I never had the opportunity to get to know her personally because I was a grade below her, I still remember her kindness and her lovely smile. Thank you Gina for your courage. Praying for peace and comfort for your family.

  2. My love goes to family and friends who have stood by Gina through these last three years during her battle with breast cancer. Her sweet way won her so many friends and supporters who stayed close and helped her through this, but the big battle was hers and she fought it bravely. Never have I seen someone go through so much with so much dignity and grace and with the courage to go on. May her family have peace now and heal from all of this hurt, and receive the rest they need after the time spent at Gina’s side during the last six weeks. It’s been very difficult and very long, hard hours, but I’m sure they have been blessed hours holding Gina’s hand and loving on her constantly for six weeks. A family’s love knows no bounds. Strength comes from God at these times, and it did. Peace and love to Gina and her family. We’ll see each other again.

  3. My prayers are with the family. I know that this is such a difficult time for you all. I pray that God will give you all peace and comfort. Rest in Peace.

  4. Gina was an extremely special young woman. Her family were the most important things in her life. From the time that she was diagnosed with that horrible disease, she started fighting because she wanted to be around for her family. While in the middle of her own struggles, she was an inspiration and delight to everyone.
Gina, you will always be in our hearts. You are healed now and with our precious Lord. We will see you again one day.

  5. We both were apart of Angel Flight Drill Team in school. Although we only knew of each other I knew you thru so many others. Your beautiful smile is what I will always remember. My thoughts & prayers are with your family. Heaven gained another beautiful angel.

  6. The world is a little less pink with you not here but I am sure you are whole healthy and happy in your Pink Heaven Beach. You are a legend and have affected my life always. Love Mary Ellen and Edna Our prayers remain with you Sandy and family.

  7. Hi Karen, I am so sorry for you and your family’s loss of your beloved sister – prayers and thoughts go out to each and everyone of you – stay strong.

  8. I knew Gina through ROTC and Angel Flight Drill Team. She always had such a wonderful smile for everyone and was one of the most caring people I knew. I am sad that I did not keep in touch after school because I know I missed out on being a part of such a wonderful person’s life and missed out on a being a part of a great friendship. God has called another Angel home to be a part of His Heavenly host of Angels. While; I am sad at her passing I rejoice in the fact she has been made whole again and is no longer in pain. I pray peace and comfort for her family and friends during this time of grieving. Gina will be missed by many and was loved by so many more. Gina, rest in peace now knowing no pain and feeling only God’s love surrounding you. You were one strong and courageous woman.

  9. This world seems a little less bright with the loss of sweet Gina…she shined her light on so many by the way she lived her life
and the way she loved her family and her friends. The grace, dignity and courage that you showed us as you battled this dreadful disease has and always will inspire us to be better people and to make a difference whenever and wherever we can. My heart aches to see you go but you didn’t go alone for a part of us went with you and the memories that I have of you will live on with me forever. Rest in peace my dear friend as my prayers and thoughts go out to your family and all of those whose lives you touched.

  10. Sweet Gina,
You join so many that I miss and love. I know your sweet spirit is in good company. You will be missed here by everyone who’s life you touched, and there are so many. Even ones who never met you in person. Maybe you’ll be one of their five they meet in Heaven. As you walk your heavenly beach, hug my Chipper for me. I love your Guts!! I’ll see you both again one day. Sandy, my prayers are with you and your family.

  11. Gina- I will miss you dear. But I know the pain you were in and I can’t help but be a little relieved for you that the pain is no more. I am grateful that I got the chance to know you.
    Love, Liz
