Leo Joseph Guibault Jr.

Leo Joseph Guibault, Jr., 76, passed away on July 15, 2011; he is survived by his three children, Leo III, Stephen and Paula, and 8 grandchildren. Leo was born on April 25, 1935 in Northfield, VT. As a member of a military family, he lived in many parts of the U.S. and abroad. He served in the U.S. Army in Verona, Italy, where he met his beloved wife Marion. After his military discharge, he returned to the U.S., graduated from Texas A&M and moved to the New Orlenas area, where he spent his professional years as a group insurance broker and employee benefits consultant. In 2008 he and Marion moved to the Atlanta are to be closer to family. He will be remembered for his thirst for knowledge, his ability to find humor in all aspects of life, and his ease in establishing strong friendships. A memorial mass will be held on July 19 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Stone Mountain, GA, after which he will be interred at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
