  11. Harold has been a dear friend of ours for 37 years. Although to many he was a little rough around the edges, he had a heart of pure gold. He was a brilliant man who never forgot a name or a face, and what a story-teller! We will miss him so much, especially his Sunday evening phone calls. Our hearts go out to Verne & the kids.

  12. We enjoyed knowing Harold Wayne and his visits to Lake Sheridan . He seemed like part of our family . Gods blessing to his family

  13. i’ve known Harold from many years as a member of my hunting club. he was always a joy to see and talk with (and could he talk). He had many stories and would not hesitate to share them with you. He also had a ‘habit’ of having odd things happen to him = dropped his rifle in the mud, fell out of deer stands, get lost in the woods. We will miss him greatly.

  14. So sorry for your lost. I found Mr. Green to be a good heart’ed person. He will be missed in the neighborhood.

  15. Harold and I were the best of friends when we worked together for the Government way back in the sixties. Little would I have thought we would still be in touch now and visit as often as possible. If he was your friend, you could depend on him without reservation.

I’ll miss HG and his never ending stories that he could tell with such relish.
