The couple celebrated their 61st anniversary this February.

Helen was a lifelong member of the Presbyterian church where she served dutifully in many capacities. She enjoyed cross-country road trips in their RV, collecting stamps, puzzles, cheering on the Eagles, and hosting family dinners.

She was predeceased by her infant son Daniel J. Horan III and is survived by her husband Dan, brother Jay S. Cox (Nancy), children Patricia (Don) and Timothy (Brenda), grandchildren Anna (Gary), Dan, Helene and Declan, and many nieces and nephews. She was a beloved wife, sister, mother, and grandmother. She will be deeply missed.

She was a loyal supporter to many charities. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity. 1. Hi Dan. So sorry to hear of Helen’s passing. I said a prayer for her and everyone last night when I heard the sad news and this AM again. Sharon and I will keep her in our prayers. I’ll be thinking of the Horan and Bolster families and the good times we had together in Rota often. Please visit us if you can sometime. As always, Harry
