Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. It is with great sympathy and condolences for the whole family in the sudden loss of such a dear person. I found it an honor to have known Don and to call him my friend. I pray that the Herrin family will be comforted and loved through this time of grief by our wonderful Lord.

  2. I will miss My Uncle Don.I have some wonderful memories of him forever in my heart. Rest in the arms of Jesus Don.

  3. i regret that i never met don in person. He was great football buddy on the web, in spite of cheering for different teams. My prayers go out that his soul may rest in God’s kingdom and those that grieve may take comfort. Thanks, buzzter.-CHD.

  4. Don I will miss you very much my lunch buddy and football buddy .You are in a better place with your mother and father who you always talked about .

    Bobby Richards

  5. Although we were born and lived in the same area of Atlanta as children I never had an opportunity to meet Don and his wife but I did consider both him and his wife a dear friend. Don will be missed by all of his friends.
Words of hope like light are shed….”Blessed are they,” the good Lord said,”They shall be comforted.” Rest in Peace Don.

  6. Don I loved your personality…you could always make me laugh.

You married my best friend, and I will do my best to be there for her for you.

You will live on in our hearts until we meet again!

    Deborah and David Batson

  7. We are going to miss Uncle Don! He was a fine man, husband and dad. Every time I was ever around him, Uncle Don always brought a smile to my face. Have a good journey in the afterlife. Say hello to my Daddy and Maw Maw & Paw Paw!

  8. I am so saddened by the loss of my wonderful Father-n-Law. He was a kind, loving individual and I am so thankful I had the privilege of being part of his life. He was a die-hard Georgia Tech fan and I am going to miss his rants about my Georgia Bulldogs. To quote one of your fellow Tech fans, you ride that Ramblin’ Wreck all the way to the Pearly Gates, Pops. I love you and will see you soon.

  9. Don you were my favorite uncle!! I will miss you terribly and will no doubt never celebrate another birthday without thinking of you since that is the day that you were taken from us. The shock and pain will leave me but the good memories will last forever.

  10. To the Herrin Family:
I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Don Herrin. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers! May God give you peace and comfort today and in the days to come! God Bless You!
