Jay was my good friend and our longtime engineering consultant. We performed many power distribution projects with Jay at the augusta mill over the years. Each of which greatly helped the mill get better. Many of the projects were innovative and first of its kind which he wrote several papers on to help others with their issues.

Jays art was also very important and powerful. Its been my honor and privilege to have associated with such a great man.

He will be greatly missed by us IEEE and our worldwide Electrical professionals.
