Hinds.  Since then, she and Dudley have lived in Tennessee, Rhode Island, Arkansas, South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia.  She and Dudley arrived in Atlanta in 1968 with six children, including month-old twins.Once the twins had entered school, Jane reentered it, as a para-professional teaching reading at Atlanta’s Morris Brandon Elementary School from 1973 to 1999. She was also a Sunday school teacher at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta from 1975 to 1986.After retiring from teaching, she became active in the Southern Order of Storytellers (SOS) with which she remained active until her death.  Shortly before her death, she had also become active in the Residents Association of Wesley Woods Towers.Throughout her life, Jane touched many people with her smile and compassion. Everyone that met her felt as though Jane was a long time friend. In addition to her husband, Jane is survived by her brother, Arthur M. Lindsay, her children and grandchildren.
