Janie Lewis was a special lady to me and I hold and cherish the memories I have. She was my neighbor when I was younger and the first lady that I met when my family and I moved to Dacula years ago. She also drove my sister and I on the school bus. She also became protective of us and Oh how she could make me laugh. I can here her laughter now! When I was 18, I lost my mom and things were so fuzzy for us, but I remember so vividly Mrs. Lewis coming to see us and she looked at me with tears in her eyes and said she didn’t know what to say but gave me the biggest hug. I always remember that. There is nothing really you can say but that hug meant so much to me. Although I can’t be there for you girls, I am sending you all BIG Hugs and prayers. God is holding you all and will get you through this time. We all will meet again! With much love, Renee Mize Champion
