Jazz Logan Daniels, age 35, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away suddenly on Saturday Oct 5th 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 27th 1989 in Atlanta, GA to Morgan Fina Mendes and Carlos H. Rincon. He lived most of his life in Montgomery, Alabama.
Jazz was a loving father, husband, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He was also a proud US Army Veteran. He enjoyed playing video games,watching movies, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Daniels, daughter, Evelyn Mai Daniels, and son, Jonathan Logan Daniels. Jazz is also survived by his grandmother Janice Moulton, his mother Morgan F. Mendes, step-father Caio F. Mendes, his brother Mars D. Mendes and his wife Mickeala, step-sister Amanda T. Mendes, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
The family will receive friends and family on Sunday, October 20th, 2024 from 9AM until 1PM at Wages and Sons Funeral Homes at 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Graveside Service and Burial are immediately following at 1:30PM at White Chapel Memorial Gardens at 1832 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA 30096.
