Jerry Woodrow Wilson, age 61, of Smyrna, GA, passed away on May 26, 2015. Jerry graduated from Central Gwinnett High School in 1973. He is survived by his parents, Woodrow and Shirley Wilson of Dawsonville, GA; brother, Wesley Wilson of Buford, GA; sisters, Denise Wilson of Dawsonville, GA, Juanita Johnson of Loganville, GA and Peggy Figg of Dalton, GA; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel with Rev. Max Padgett officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity in memory of Jerry. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wagesandsons.com

  5. My heartfelt condolences go out to Jerry’s family. Jerry became a friend in the 70’s and a neighbor in the early 80’s. He came to dinner often and never complained about my cooking. For that, and the many fun times when Jerry made us smile and laugh, he is fondly remembered.

  9. I am sending prayers to the family with much love and support. I have known Jerry since high school. I will treasure the great times and memories we had together. He was a special person in my heart for many years and we kept in touch at times. He will be so missed. He always had that personality that i just loved. We would laugh, and enjoy moments together. I was so sorry that he was sick. He was a good plumber and a hard worker. I used to order his material for him many times. I remember visiting the family Shirley, and Woodrow and seeing Juanita and Peggy way back in the days.. Those were the good days that i will always remember with a great family. My prayers are so with you all I so wish you many Blessings. Jerry was a special person that i will NEVER forget. My heart breaks just like yours because he was special to me.   10. I have always loved him no matter what and still do. RIP Jerry you are now with your best buddy David Holland and just party away like you and we all did in the past. You will so be missed and wish we were back in the old days to start over. Great Memories. You will always be in my heart and i have always loved you. Rest in Peace my friend.
