Norma Ruth Joerger

Norma Ruth Joerger 1919-2012, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada, Norma Joerger passed into the arms of the Lord on June 19, 2012. She lived most of her life in Chicago, Illinois as a devoted wife and mother. Later years were spent in the Swansgate community of Greenville, South Carolina where she became involved in local charity work. An avid reader and gardener, she spent her final years living with her daughter in the Atlanta area. Daughter of the late Gustave and Ida Krueger. Sister of the late Clarence Krueger. Beloved wife of the late Otto Joerger married 62 years. Mother of Judith Clark and mother-in-law of Robert Clark of Conyers, Georgia. Grandmother of Steven Clark of Snellville, Georgia and Patricia Mrs. Michael Boyett of Loganville, Georgia. Great grandmother of Brandon, Spencer and Cameron Boyett. Final interment will be at Arlington Cemetery in Elmhurst, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's research and the American Hospice Association.
