  8. I will always remember Josie and her kindness to me. In particular, I will treasure forever the time we spent together on The Sound of Music and her role as Frau Schmitt. She was incredibly funny, and a joy to be around. My sincere condolences to all of you. You are in my prayers.

  9. Sorry to hear about the loss of your beautiful mother. May God comfort your heart, ease your sorrow and bring you and your family peace.

  10. Barbara, My heart weeps for your loss, a mother’s love is like no other, you were so close to your mom and I know exactly how you feel. Take comfort in knowing that she loved you as much as you loved her. Your mom and you are in my prayers – may God give you comfort and peace in knowing that she is resting peacefully in her Father’s arms.

  11. Barbara, I was saddened to hear about the loss of your mother. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. I lost a father and that hole in life will never be filled.

  12. Barbara, My heart is heavy in your lost. I know how close you and your Mom were. You will always have all the funny stories we talked about and that’s where your focus should be. Remember God put us here for a limited amount of time and your Mom had a full and glorious life. She finally get to go home. Now she can watch over you, your kids and generations to come. It’s okay to cry your happy tears. She’s at peace and with time you will be too.

  13. Barbara, I extend my deepest sympathy and prayers to you and your entire family. Thank you for sharing your precious mother with us. It was my pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Josie and to have numerous conversations with her on the phone to “solve the world’s problems” and to entertain us (LOL). She has left a lasting memory in my heart. She will truly be missed. Because of a prior commitment, I will be unable to attend the service, but my thoughts and prayers will be with you all.

  14. Josie has been a good friend for many years. She was a kind and loving person who will certainly be missed. My prayers and thoughts are with her family. may they know how much Josie has touched many lives. Peace and blessings,

  15. Josie was a remarkable woman who it was an honor and a joy to know. For decades she was one among many who respresented the best in service and friendship at Corpus Christi Church, in Stone Mountain and beyond. Thoughts and prayers to her family and many friends.
