Julia (Julie) Melinda Bullock, of Snellville, GA, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022. Her husband, Tony, was her universe and her best friend. She loved dolphins and hummingbirds. She was employed at Action Blueprint for more than four decades before her retirement in 2021. She then volunteered to work for the family business until her passing.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Bullock of Snellville, GA; sister, Hope Harlow of Decatur, GA; niece, Jennifer Clark, of Atlanta, GA; son-in-law Adam Farmer of Winder, GA; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Danny and Teresa Stewart of Jacksonville FL; sister-in-law, Rhonda Bullock, and niece, Ashley Bullock, of Covington, GA; and many cousins throughout the United States. She is pre-deceased by her mother, Dorothy Joan Parker; daughter, Stephanie M. (Bullock) Farmer; sister, Wanda J. Clark; and brother-in-law, Randy Bullock.
