I met Tutt when we were members of the USAR. He was a well dressed young man and also wore his military uniform with pride. I remember when we would go on our annual training each year, Tutt took great pride in playing ping pong with other members of the union particularly Col Douglas Moorman. Tutt was a great player and Col Moorman was a competitive player and always lost to Tutt. That happened when the two individuals played basketball and volleyball, with Tutt defeating the Col pretty much each time. Rest now my fellow reservist hope to see you on the other side

Karlow was one of the nicest guys in High School. He was a friend to everyone. I’m so sorry for the loss of such a great guy.

My favorite Uncle Karlow I hope I made you proud today. I miss you tremendously. I’ll never forget our rides our lunch dates and our conversations. Thank you for being so supportive of the things I told you I wanted to do. Even though we had different opinions we still loved each other. I’m so happy that I go to know you better the last few years. Thank you for wanting to be a protector, critique, friend and the best Uncle ever. I promise I’ll keep my my windshield clean so I can see clearly. I was honored to drive to your doctor appointments. And our conversations were always interesting. I Love you and miss you so much. I’ll see you later when we meet again. Watch over us and guide us.
