keosouvanna kingsada

August 8, 1978 ~ November 27, 2023

Born in: Vientiane, Laos
Resided in: Dacula, Georgia

Keosouvanna was a daughter, a wife, a proud mother of five, and a dear friend to many. Keo highly valued family and friends, and bringing people together. Naturally, she loved to host gatherings and was exceptional at cooking and baking. Since a teenager, Keo was very ambitious. She was active in school sports, and outside of school she practiced taekwondo and enjoyed providing community service. She encouraged her children to be just as active as she was and is remembered as being an overly active minivan driving soccer mom, who woke up at crack of dawn to enjoy her coffee and prepare her kids for school, then set out for a busy day of running errands. Keo loved 80’s music, wine, family trips to the beach and the casino, singing karaoke, and watching nostalgic movies from her childhood.

She was born in Vientiane, Laos in 1978 to Diana Bounthieng who migrated with her to Honolulu, Hawaii where she was raised. She moved to Georgia when she was 14 and attended Berkmar High School. She later attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu where she learned how to become a pastry chef and later started working at the Loews Hotel.

Keo met her first husband Steve in 1997. Excited to start their new lives together, the two were married in 1999 at a garden venue in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

In 2000 their first child was born. A daughter who they named “Trinity” after the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, while her dad claims they named her after the character in the matrix. They nicknamed Trinity as “monkey”.

In 2003 their second child was born. A son named “Isaac”. They felt that their first born would be lonely so they gave her a silly and fun little brother.

In 2005 keo gave birth to Charlotte, named after the book “Charlotte’s Web”. They nicknamed Charlotte “piggy or piglet”.

She later remarried to Sysamone Kingsada and had two beautiful children with him. Aerin and Kashe. The older children quickly bonded with their new baby siblings and now love and help take care of eachother. She put Kashe and Aerin in taekwondo to continue her legacy and keep them busy like she always was. They have their mother’s intelligence, athletic abilities, and caring personality.

Keo was an active member of Victory church. She encouraged all five of her children to attend victory where she taught them how to give tithes and showed them why a relationship with God is so important.

Keo will be missed most for her nurturing ways, her generosity, and the sincere compassion she had for all things. Her memory will forever live in the hearts of everyone who loved her.

She passed peacefully at age 45, in the hospital bed alongside her family and best friends on Monday, November 27, 2023.

She is survived by her husband Sysamone, kids- Trinity, Isaac, Charlotte, Aerin, and Kashe, mother Diana, her sister Brenda, her brother Raymond, and her nieces- Jaynalin, Jayliah, and nephews- Vernnen, Jeremy, Kraig, and Kaiyo, and her grand nephew Enzo.
