The life and love of Larry Healy cannot be confined to words alone. How can you describe a man that loved everyone like they were family? His passing is a great loss to all who knew him. He was kind, generous, warm, hospitable, and unapologetically both Irish and American. He was actively involved in the Hibernian Benevolent Society of Atlanta as a member and current president. Larry was the life of the party who was always ready with a game of rings, a story, a hug, or a pint in his pub. He was an amazing friend and husband to Roni for the last 19 years. 10. Lar was one of my best friends since the 1940’s in Fortfield Road, Dublin. We had great times together as kids even though we went to rival schools, Terenure and Blackrock where he boarded for all his school years. He was a great business man from the word go. We parted when he emigrated to US and only met on the few occasions when he came home. Very sorry to hear of his untimely passing and my condolences to all his family

I have known Larry since our first days in Blackrock College and we have remained firm friends since
then. It was always great when I got phone calls from Larry how the years would roll back and we
would reminisce and chat as we have always done down through the years
Larry was a gentleman in the real sense of the word and he remained true to himself at all times
while always retaining his great sense of humour. I will really miss these phone calls.
