You will be missed
Lawrence was always ready to share a smile and an encouraging word to everyone. I looked forward to my visits to the Gwinnett Chamber where he would give my boots the best shine ever. May the Lord of comfort and mercy be with his family during this most difficult time. RIP Mr. Lawrence. You’ll be missed by me and so many others.
Your Memories Live On Forever In Our Hearts. Never To Be Forgotten!!
I feel fortunate to have known this special man, if for too short a time.
Acts 24:15 my thoughts and prayers are with your family
Good bye my dear old friend of 20+ years. You will missed by all whose lives you’ve touched. A gentle and good man is now in heaven with his wife Laura; the love of his life. I’ll miss our many talks……..
Please accept my condolences for the loss of Mr. Hardnett. May the words Jesus spoke at John 11:25, promising a resurrection, provide comfort and hope at this difficult time. Warm Regards, Kay
Lawrence was the best shoe shine person ever!!! I met Lawrence in the 80’s at Executive Shoe Shop on the corner of Mitchell and Spring St in downtown Atlanta. Then followed him to Bennies’s Shoes in their Norcross location and finally at his final location at the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. I even made a Facebook Fan Page for his business. We had some great conversations over the years. He was the absolute best at his craft.
