  5. Beth and Wade,
I’m so incredibly grateful for both of your parents! They loved Christie and I like we were y’alls siblings. They were so much fun and in their own way. Mrs Margaret was always appreciative of all my antics at yalls house when I would come and drink all her milk with Nestle Quick! I loved making her laugh out loud! I loved they way she was funny but also clear on who she was, what was wrong and right and let me and the kids on her bus know it! I’m sure she let y’all know too! Man what a great woman and mom and “God-mom” to me! I will miss her and will always cherish the memories I hold dear of her. Y’all are very blessed to be able to say you were her kids. I’m so very sorry for your loss. The world lost a great woman of humor, substance and character. My very deepest condolences. May Christ be exalted in bringing her home where there is no more crying mourning death or pain.

  6. CandleImageWade, Wendy and family, John and I are so sorry to hear about your mother. May God comfort you and give you strength for the days and months ahead.

  7. Wade & Wendy, Beth & Rick, we share in your grief and memories of Margaret, but rejoice in the life that Margaret lived! I never met anyone so joyful and cheerful in every setting. She and Charles were perfectly made for each other, and they made the perfect “godparents” for Christie and Joe, just as you were like “big brother and sister” to them. We never had a concern when they stayed or slept over at your house growing up, because no matter where Mary and I went, we knew they would be having so much fun with you all! As I smiled to recall that Margaret was born in Hog Mountain, GA, I told Mary, “Surely she was the best thing to ever come out of Hog Mountain!” 😉 We loved Margaret and Charles, as we love you, and we wish you all the best at this difficult time. Surely the world has lost an Angel, but she’s now in Heaven with Charles and Jesus. We miss you all dearly. Sincerely, Tom and Mary Naramore

  8. Dear Beth and Wade,
I am so sorry for you loss. I know you will miss your mother and I have lost one of my best friends. I loved Margaret and she was so helpful and kind to me. I am thankful for the many good times we had together.

My prayers are with all of the family. You were so good to her and you have no regrets.

    Love,
    Martha Frances

  9. Dear Beth and Wade,
We are so thankful and blessed to be a part of your beautiful family for so many years. We met at church In Lithonia. Beth, we entrusted you with our kids to babysit.. I think you were about 13 years old at the time. Your mom and dad invited us to have Christie and Joe come to your house to babysit them and that was the beginning of many years of friendship. Anytime Tom and I went out of town for business your family always stepped up to help us with their care. They loved every minute of being with Mr. Charles and Miss Margaret and the both of you. We adopted you all into our family and have many wonderful memories over the years. Margaret called on me to decorate your house in Lithonia and then again when they built the house in Lawrenceville. What a great time we had together!!! Lots of fun in making it look beautiful, but not too dressy as your mom would say.
Margaret greeted everyone with love and respect, always making you feel special!! She made the best chicken salad and congealed salad with homemade banana bread. She loved serving others and truly had a heart of gold. She was a woman of integrity, with a compassionate heart of kindness to everyone she met. She loved being a help-mate to Charles in his business for many years and was always there to encourage him. I have personally been blessed with an amazing friend who would light up the room with joy and laughter that always warmed my heart. I thank God for giving us the opportunity to love and be loved by your wonderful family. We love you all so much!!!
We will miss her, but she is at home with Jesus and Charles. What a great life she had that was lived so well.

    Of his saints.

  10. Dear Beth and Wade and extended family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you! Miss Margaret was a lovely lady, full of kindness and love for others. I’ll always remember her mischievous sense of humor and just what a solid example of what ‘salt of the earth’ people are like. Although life has taken our families in different directions, there will always be love and fond memories to draw from. Sending you all a big hug from Florida. ❤️
    Love, Christie and Neil

  11. Loved Charles and Margaret and some great early memories with them at Aunt Helen. Prayers and thoughts with the family. Howell and Ellie.
