Margie Lee (Lefort) Merillat, a longtime resident of Lilburn, GA died Wednesday September 23, 2020 at her home.

Margie was born on March 5, 1945 in Monmouth, IL, the daughter of Regis L. and Bertie J. Miller Lefort. Surviving Margie is her husband of 54 years, Rick Merillat, her daughter, Jane Stover; her son, Andy (Michelle) Merillat, as well as two granddaughters, Sara (Cameron) Underwood , and Stephanie (Joel) Taylor. Also surviving her is her sister Joan (Bob) Ryner and brother Alfred Lefort, both of Monmouth, IL as well as her brother Raymond Lefort in Florida and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a memorial service on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 11:00 am at Cornerstone Bible Church, Lilburn, GA. There will also be a gathering of family at Warren County Memorial Park in Monmouth, IL on October 3, 2020at 1pm where her ashes will be interred.
