Maria Ines (Quiroz) Stuff

It is with great sorrow that we announce our beloved family member Maria Ines (Quiroz) Stuff passed away quietly Thursday, January 21, 2021 of natural causes. Born on January 21, 1942 in Caldera, Panama to the late Marcelino Saudio and Bertilda Quiroz. Native born in Panama and proud of the fact that she was bilingual, she easily settled her family in the USA in 1976.

Maria was preceded in death by her parents and seven brothers.

Surviving family are: Daughter Audrey J Curd, Great Falls, MT., Daughter Leslie Huggins, Warner Robins GA, Daughter Ann Marie (Brian) Tucker, Gainesville GA., Son Charles P Stuff Jr, Lawrenceville GA, Grandson Brandon (Samantha) Tucker, Marietta GA., Wesley Huggins, Sugar Hill GA., Anthony (Rachel) Curd Jr., Granddaughter Gianna Johnson, Great Granddaughter Nora Kate. Sister Emperatriz Tate, Fayetteville NC, Nieces/Nephew: Aracelis Rupert, Maribel Ortiz-Foulks, Arjelis E Kliamovich, Clinton H Tate Jr, Bertilida Tate, Edwin R. Tate. Additional nieces and nephews.

Maria lived proudly as a full-time homemaker, raising her four children to be strong, confident, independent, and self-sufficient. For the past forty years she has resided in Stone Mountain GA where she enjoyed growing and tending to her many beautiful flowers surrounding her home. She enjoyed reading, cooking, baking, various arts, and crafts and lived her life with a high level of faith. She enjoyed spending time walking and talking with her closest friends Cheryl Ready, Helen Gresham, and Shirley Gouge. Maria was admired and loved by many. She will be greatly missed. Proverbs 31:10 KJV Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
